Terms and Conditions

Customers engaging the valet service/drive home service are bound by the following Terms and Conditions stated below:

Upon entrusting your vehicle to us, Drive U Home Pte Ltd and our team will not be liable for any losses or damages as a result of use of our services, whether in form of accident, damage of customer’s vehicles, loss of life or properties, and any other acts of mischief.

Your vehicle is parked at your own risk. Drive U Home Pte Ltd and our team will not be responsible for any fines, theft, loss and/or damage to your vehicle or any other contents therein.

Drive U Home Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for any delays in our team arriving at the agreed booking time due to unforeseen circumstances or a previous trip taking longer than expected.

Drive U Home Pte Ltd and the team reserve the right to refuse, cancel or terminate any booking without giving any reason as to why. Any customer making threats, physically or verbally will be reported to Police.

All in all, the customer agrees that all risk of losses/damages shall be the responsibility of customer and customer shall have no recourse with Drive U Home Pte Ltd and our team during the whole course of Drive-Home Service.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Although we make the effort to alert you of changes to terms and conditions, it is your responsibility to check regularly on our revised Terms & Conditions. Your continued utilization of our service constituted your agreement to our Terms & Conditions from time to time, including any changes or modifications made by Drive U Home Pte Ltd as referenced above.
